Received call from 303-317-3405 (Unknown Name).  Left message saying something about a Robert Jones (couldn't tell in what reference) and that her name is Monica Williams.  She states that documents crossed her desk today and someone has filed a security claim against me (never mentions my name but I am not male and my name isn't Jones!). Message was severely garbled and sounds like a recording.  She left a date at the end, July 5th. I assume someone is supposed to appear in court or whatever but they can sit and spin.  Any official business would be directed to me personally, via mail, punctuated with a verifiable Notary Seal.
1) I have never been to Boulder, CO.  I live in Texas.
2) Never trust a phone call out of the blue, over something you have no idea who, what, when, where, or how.
3) Never trust a recorded message where they use the wrong name.

BTW, 800Notes need to add Scammer to their call type list <HINT>
