I get calls from this number 4 sometimes 5 or 6 times a day. It is a telemarketer for a newspaper subscription. I live in WA and they are always calling offering me the Seattle Times. I have declined numersous times and have even gotten upset enough to yell at them after not having my number removed from their list. But Still I keep getting this call.

I also live in wa and keep getting calls from some metro news serv is what it had on the caller ID.I need to find out how to stop them from calling or bothering me.

I was recieving the same calls from the same number.  I too live in Wa state, my situation started when I cancelled my subscription to the news tribune in Tacoma.  Seems they (TNT) use Metro News Service, which has a web site.  I called the TNT and asked them if they used this service and they said yes, mystery solved on how they got my number.  They (TNT) put me on there don not call list and then I called Metro News Service Metro News Service, Inc.

Thanks for the info.  I called the 800 number and asked to be removed from their list.  I have no idea how they got my number.  They've been calling numerous times a day.  I did not bother to pick up.  They're just annoying pest!
