There was no vm message but:

This call appeared on my caller ID, even though I have my number on the DO NOT CALL list.  It appeared as Broadvox Distri(bution?), arriving at 2:03am on12/9/07.  

When called, a prerecorded message from the phone company says, "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service".
