If this is from who I think it is they have already rec'd a CEASE COMMUNICATION and Dispute ltr. Why are they still calling?

The call came into my work asking for me, from this number but I was on another call. After holding for 1 minute 3o seconds the caller hung up. I tried to call the number back but the recording said "an invaild number please try again or dial 1 with the number". No luck of who this was that called.

I have received multiple phone calls from this number, but they never leave a message. I have not tried to call back.
