It's an automated dialer for Florida Metropolitan University. If you call it back it will give you a chance to take your number out of their directory. You just enter your number and it updates it within 72 hours.

Thanks for the information. I was able to call and take my name off as well. I was receiving up to 8 and 10 calls a day from the number.
