collection agency

I sleep during the day and this person violated both the Colorado and Federal no call list to wake me up.  No respect for privacy.  Since I am not in debt, they have no right to call me in the first place.

young woman representing 'Performance' wants to confirm my identity for personal business issue - refusese to say what Performance is/does - rude and persistent - wasting businees time with vagueness, etc.

Debt collector calling and asking for human resources on  personal line.. I played along and transferred her to  hell.

Refused to disclose that this is a collection agency, which means this company is violating the law by contacting someone with a bankruptcy judgment. Caller wanted me to disclose personal financial details without disclosing the purpose or use. Caller threatened that my social security number would somehow be in jeopardy or have something attached to it. I am also on the do not call list.

She got snippy and threatening so I hung up and blocked the number. I also report each of these calls to my bankruptcy attorneys, who make money by suing for violations like the multiple ones committed in this call. They get a cut, and I get a little more off my judgment every time!
