This number has called my phone twice in the last week. I don't answer and allow the VM to get it only to hear a short delay and a bunch of noise and guys talking and goofing around. I keep blocking these numbers through my Verizon service and yet they continue to get through.

This number has called my phone 2-4 times a day in past 4 days! I hear a bunch of noise as well and guys talking and goofing around sounds like they are dropping things and also sounds like their voice could be French Canadian accents.
I agree with Jeannie on this post. Jeannie by any chance did you try or use Publishers Clearing House to try to make money by doing surveys? If so I bet that might be our clue to getting to know who they really are.

Received call saying they're from Amazon Associates &, for a fee, they would make a webpage for me where I could sell Amazon products & receive pay according to how much product is sold via "my" site.  Told them no thanks, to please remove my number from their list as everyone knows to not pay for anything when people call asking for money. Rep. said I could call him back at 800-664-8354 if I change my mind.

Same as above; I never answer but they continue to be relentlessly calling daily for weeks. I was away and got 15 caller id's from them, and now that I'm back they still won't stop. I've never answered it. Should I?

To add to my last msg:  sometimes the letters (all lower case): "hrs" appear in this number's caller id.
