It was a recorded message that did not start until I said hello, but I think it was something about vehicle insurance or??? I don't know if someone can do this, but I do know someone in Delaware that I met on the internet. Could they be registering my name, or maybe recording these kinda calls coming to their own phone, calling me to wake me up and playing the recording back?

I have a new phone and I haven't given out the number to anybody yet. I got a call from this number but I let it go to voicemail b/c I was busy.  They didn't leave a message.  Must be an automatic dialing system.
