Don't usually pick up the phone anymore because 90% are telemarketing skammers!  Caller ID said DELAWARE and number appeared local.  Man with strong Indian accent wanted to speak to the owner about smart solar trying to sound like he was from Delmarva Power.  Obvious skammer, will go into my blocked list!
