Several suppsed IRS calls - "reaching your your mailing address but did not hear back from you, so kindly return call on our department and number (302) 966-9408.  I repeat it's (302) 966-9408 -- do not attempt to disregard or ignore this message, the issue is very time sensitive.  Thank you."  Then I spoke to someone who said I could settle this case or go to court. Once I started mentioning the constitution and law- they hung up on me. They also appeared to be in a large room full of people- hard to hear etc.

Left a threating message hard to understand but something on the order "better call of else" It was from Millsboro, DE or so it says.
