Senior citizens are primary targets of these pests. Please, educate your senior kinfolk and friends to take a second to look at the caller ID. (Let us hope they have Caller ID.) If they see a name and/or number they do not recognize, they should not pick up the call. Thanks.

302.290.08821 At noon (just now), Saturday, 9 January 2016, got call from this number with ID "Camden Wyomi DE" Did not pick up; police traced, blocked #. We do not answer as have unpublished number and have been on the do not call registry since the beginning.
