They called me too with the same threatening message.  The number they called me from was 786-539-5404.  I attempted to trace the number to get a name, but all my search produced was that the number was out of Miami.  The recorded message said it was the third and final time they were going to contact me (which is funny cause the last time they called I think it was the same message), and they gave me the 302-803-5525 number to call back "or legal action would be taken" against me.
Upon calling the 302 number, I immediately asked what business I was calling.  I was then hung up on.

This number keeps calling my neighbor looking for me.  When I called the number back, I was asked personal information about a family member of mine, including a social security number.  They wouldn't say what they had called about just that they needed to get ahold of this family member.

Also stated that if I didn't cooperate that they would seek an action against me.

Nice.

This person originally called me from 302-408-9253 and left a voicemail on my husband's phone stating to call this number back or legal action would be pursued. I call this number and get the offices of MAM, LLC. I look up the company and my computer flags the website and states that it has been determined that the website is a scam to get personal and financial information.  I go to the website anyway and verify that the website is also out of DE and has the same area code.

Yeah. OK.

I have received calls from this number off and on for the last 3 months.  Each time same message, "this is the 3rd time we have tried to reach you to no avail.  Unless you contact us before the end of the day we will proceed with all actions as we  have exercised due diligence.  I tried to call back once, only to be hung up as soon as the line was picked up.  I have never heard of MAM, LLC and when researching the NPA-NXX, find both this number and 302-408-9253 are licensed to Verizon Wireless Services.  I am with the rest of the people on this thread.  These people are a scam, just out to get money any way they can.  I don't have any debts in collections, so I have no reason to believe these people are in way legit.
