They have called 3 times today and pushing whether or not I have considered changing my electric company. Very annoying

same thing here always when i driving very frustrating 702 520 2413 & 302 789 0270 & 609 145 8854 verizon said there is nothing they can do ,i don;t but that, their making money on this also on these phone scam

It's not that there's nothing Verizon CAN do, it's that the WON'T do it. you are correct, they are making loads of money off of this. Among other things, Verizon will SELL you a number-block plan. Of course, it does absolutely nothing since these scammers constantly change their numbers, but evidently, enoughpeople are willing to shell out money for it.

I put all of these numbers in my contact list and selected the ring tone to be "no ring." At least that keeps them from being so annoying.
