Well, the "check" arrived at my house and he wanted me to deposit the said check into my account. I told him my bank was closed and I would handle it on Monday. Which I plan on handing it over to my bank and letting them deal with this scammer!! So sad people actually fall for this type of scams.

Wow! So glad I found this. I responded to his post on craigslist and it seemed too good to be true, plus, one of the emails he told me I could reach him at seemed weird; it was something like employmentopportunitiesss@yahoo.com. He's contacted me the past few days telling me my "task" would be given to me tomorrow. I decided to check his phone number to see if anyone else has encountered this man, and surprise, surprise, it's a big fat scam! Thank goodness for 800notes!

I have been contacted by this scammer and another in the recent week.  The check should be arriving today and I have already drafted an online tip to the FBI.  I have both of the cell #s I've been contacted by and all of the emails.  Since another individual has already reported this to the FTC and postal service, I will report it the FBI once the check has arrived.  Beware Everyone!!  I knew both of these were scams as soon as I received the initial emails from them both wanted to get as much of a paper trail as possible to hand over.
