Caller ID shows Mary Stewart, I didn't answer.

Get a call blocker.  It won't block everything right away, but after a while when you enter the numbers you want blocked (including ID's that show Out of Area, Toll Free, Unavailable, Private, etc.) you will have some peace.  Something I like to do, when I answer a call that's looking for a donation, I tell them the only organization I donate to is the National Rifle Association.  They can't hang up fast enough!

We have caller ID, and don't pick up calls from unknown numbers. This call said "Mary Stewart" was the caller. We figure real folks will leave real messages.

This number just called me but I didn't answer and no message was left.  The caller ID showed Stewart Mary.  Reading the other posts here, I see this is one of those 'card services' calls for lowering interest rates. So why are they using a person's name for the caller ID?  Two days ago I got another call from 'Card Services' . The number was 302-764-3176.  They left a message about lowering my interest rate and warned me that this was my final notice.

Had that phone call too!  What's the point of registering on the guvmint DO NOT CALL LIST!
