I had a message on my phone from a Texas number, stating that they were trying to reach me. She stated that there was paperwork on her desk for a case in Washington County, and she wanted to get in touch with me because the paperwork that I was waiting on could not be delivered at my home address, and she needed to verify the information because she was confused as to whether it wasn't delivered because I wasn't home or because the address was not correct. She also had the last 4 digits of my license plate number and vehicle year, make, and model. She sounded rather annoyed on the voicemail, and left a number to call back that is not a Texas number. It's a Delaware number....strange. I haven't been waiting on any paperwork....and I haven't requested any paperwork....I have no idea who these people are. People really need to look into this website. Some of these "debt collectors" are breaking the law....
