I've received calls on my cell phone from this number, but whoever it is, they never leave a message.  I know 302 is the area code for Delaware.  When I called this number back, I receive a message that says, We're sorry, this number cannot be completed as dialed.  I have no idea who this is and cannot find any information about this number anywhere, if it's from a person, a company, etc.  They call at various times of the day.

These idiots call 5 - 10 times a day starting @ 8am and ending @ 10pm st.  Never leave a message either.
