So they called again and I realized that I already blocked them, wondered how they got through and then realized caller id has the number in the name field, the number field says unknown caller.  So they are just making it appear like they are coming from this number and blocking it won't stop them.  Need to find the option to block unknown callers.

Stopped ringing before answering machine could pickup. I suspect it's a political robocall.

credit card assistance---but I don't have credit card debt....  total scam and no way to get off these *&^% lists--called my cell phone!  Somebody is selling phone numbers to these lists....  Would LOVE to know who!
