Received second call from this number with in a hour and half.  recorded message to call them back.  I called them back and got a person with an Indian accent.  He said he was looking for a person that had  my phone number and who I do not know.  Told him to remove my number from his list.  I asked him who he was with and he said IRS investigation dept. (yea right) I have blocked this number.

I got a call from this number too and didn't call them back, seemed like a scam. Thank you so much for posting your experience, now I definitely won't call them back!!

Got a call from 302-509-1361 with an automated message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call back. Seemed fishy so I didn't call and after reading Blanche's experience I know it must be a scam.
