This number called me, did not use my first name, but did have my middle name and my social security number and address. Got a recorded message from a James Howard @ Process Mediation saying I needed to contact them with a case number in regards to a law suit against me. At that point I picked up the phone and was given the opportunity to press a # to talk to a rep. Was connected to a woman that Saud I had an outstanding balance on a credit card if 3000.00. I font owe Citi Bank any money &  have always paid my bills. I was told I would be receiving a court summons from my county Sheriff's Dept. They even knew what county I loved in. I told them to knock them selves out. And that by the time I was done with them they would owe me money. I pressed for more information and the woman hung up on me. Scam for sure!
