I want to know the owner of the telephone number. if it is a company number or a personal. They did not call me but they give me this number if ever I contact him after I send the payment. he is from EXPRESS MAIL SERVICES. I want to verify if this is a legit or fake.

Thank you

As caller Id is easily spoofed (faked) your caller could be anyone anywhere in the world. EMS has contact information on line. Have you checked that out? I would use caution sending money, especially if the method of payment is cash (cash wire transfer services, prepaid credit cards), until you have more information. Do you have a contact address in Delaware? That would be useful.
