I was wondering if anyone really filed against you after that?
I got a call from same number and I am worried if someone is really filling against me somewhere.  Thank you.

It is a scam. These people have been doing it to me for about more than a year. Said that they tried delivering a court summons (for a payday loan which I never took out) to my house, which is a total lie because I live in an apartment. No mail was delivered to me & they told me that I had my drivers license in 2010, when in fact, I got my license two years ago (2015). When you call back the number, it states that the voicemail has not been set up yet. Can you say scam?

Nope nothing has happened since.

First sign of a scam is that they do not leave a message. Second sign is if you call back you cannot get ahold of anyone for whatever reason. Third.... usps will be used first to get ahold of you for a debt before hiring out to find you. The idea with this scam is to see how far you will go. If you answer....step 1....if you give any info..step 2....if you call the next person. ..step 3 they got you. Dont answer. Google the number. Then block it. I only answered it that time because I thought it might be my daughter borrowing another phone as she has lost hers. So now....this number is blocked. No worries.
