I got an spam call from this number but I did not answer. From what I read this is an illegal call so I am reporting them.

Fraudsters and scammers called regarding my credit card which I do not have with them, caller ID was "Delmarva Power 302-454-1710". They then start a spiel on reducing my rates I promptly advised them I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, hung up and reported their call...
