I get this caller at least 3 times a day. All they ask is "Is "Name" there"? Its automated and it leaves a voicemail

This jerk calls up to 2 times a day, even on Saturday and Sundays, claims to be collecting for fallen DSP Officers' families.

We get this number calling us 4-5 times a day. Last night I called the number back, automated voice menu comes up. I did have the option to get taken off their calling list. (72 hr wait)  Does not name "the organization", but states they are one. Also before I called them back, I answered the phone, they hung quickly.  The number comes up belonging to a Francis Hoise  from site tel2name.com.  They called every fifteen minutes last night. I am so tired of this constant calls.

A man called my home home last night a little after 6:30PM and knew my name.....he requested to speak to me and I said who is calling please and he simply hung up.....this was very scary and made me very nervous because I have no idea who this man was or how he came to have my number. I went to whitepages.com to have my address removed from the public profile.

Call came in as New Castle, DE.  Since I am in the state and is involved in some activities, I answered.  Stated (my name) as an inquiry.  I asked "who's calling?"  Went into spiel about Local Fraternal Order of Police.  Me, click and block
