Caller id shows Health H WCA it is a recording for somekind of insurance. To find out more all I have to do is press the #3.

I got a call from 1-302-394-9686 and I am on a no call list...my phone is not one of those that has all the free stuff on it...every call that comes in and goes out I am charged money for...I want these calls to stop...if these folks really knew me, they would have the appropriate number to call. this phone is only for emerencies and I need to figure out how to stop these calls coming into my cellphone.
