I do not answer numbers on my cell that I do not know. This is not the first call I have gotten from this number.

This number showed up ok my phone as a missed call I called back and an automated message said my phone was subscribed to some sort of service I look on my phone bill and sure enough there was a charge which is definitely a scam the call dropped before I could get to the option to unsubscribe my number tried calling back and it just rang.
