Keep getting calls to my wife harrassing her from this number. Anything police can do about this?

They called me every ten minutes when I was asleep when i finally picked up the phone they hung up. I still don't know who or why they were calling and you can't redial them it just hangs up the phone. I am super pissed off about this.
