I too received a call as mentioned above. A few seconds of silence, then a man said hello, then he hung up. Calling Maine too.

the same thing happened to me two days ago and I'm from Texas, I don't know anybody from Delaware.

Called my cell phone at work, then he muttered something very brief and unintelligible and hung up when I accepted the call.

Someone from this number called me and for a few seconds I could'nt hear anything then a man said hello, then he hung up. I am in Phoenix and I do not know anyone in Delaware.
