I recieved a call from this number at 10:30 this mornign and didnt answer because I didnt recognize the number, does anybody know who it is??

I just rec'd a call on my cell phone from this number. It was asking me if someone or if myself have suffered from a: stroke, brain stroke.... the sad part is that my mother suffered from a brain stroke last yr. so I thought it was something important.
