Called me from Milford Delaware.  Said they were responding to an online survey that I had filled out.  I NEVER, repeat NEVER, give out my cell number to anyone but family and friends.  I have a land line that I never answer for that kind of thing.  I will let you know if they continue to harrass me.

callled saying that they wanted to follow up on an online survey I filled out. Funny thing is he called a number that is for a federally funded emergency use phone. This number has not been given to anyone ever. I use it once a month to call my own land line to keep it active and that's all.
