7 calls made to house today from this number. When the answering machine picks up, they say nothing and then just hang up.

STATED THAT I WON THE LOTTERY FOR $500.00.WANTED ME TO SEND $2000 AS PART OF THE TAXES ON THE WINNINGS.
THE PERSON CALLING SAID HIS NAME WAS ZACHARIAH SWARTZ  (PH.# 302-391-0810)
I CALLED "JUST ANSWER" AND THEY VERIFIED THAT IT WAS A SCAM.

SCAM!!! I have found out they were the openers for LOTS more scammers out there to contact my father-in-law.  Once you talk to these people they somehow give out your phone number to other people who will try to scam you.  If anyone contacts you and tells you to call them back please DON'T, I found out today that even being on the national do not call list will  help protect you from these vicious criminals.
