These call was coming from Washington DC now it is from Delaware, They seriously need to stop calling me, I already know IRS do NOT call anyone, they mail you.

(302) 380-3686 Left a message "We've being trying to reach you" This is the final call from IRS - we are filing law suite against you. This should be reported to the IRS some people may panic and call them back, and provide information or payment that should NOT be given. As far as I know the IRS will not contact you they will first send you a certified letter with a contact number.

This number call and left a voicemail saying that they are IRS and they filling a lawsuit against me... This is a scam, IRS send you certify letter first, they wont call you that way.

I received a call saying that it was the Irs and they were going to be filing a lawsuit against me if I didn't call back. I called the number back and received a message that the number has been disconnected.
