this number called me and i finally called it back just to find out its a delmarva rewards type thing all they wanted was to see if i wanted to lower my electric use

I receive a call from them almost every day and they are trying to get me to set up with a new power company other than Delmarva,,

they are not delmarva they are another power company - when delmarva calls you see their caller id
