These pests have called me on my land line an average of once a week for the past couple of years.  Yesterday when they called, I remaimed silent.  The conversation among those on the other end was about drugs they were taking.  That may explain why they cannot understand why they seem unable to comprehend my request to leave me alone and stop the calls.
