This may or may not be a phishing scam. The call was initiate by a computer and a woman answered after a few seconds. The caller wanted personal info and debt info so they could lower my payments. I am on the national do not call list and they called anyway.

Repeatedly calls to try to get personal information.  Never leaves a message. States they can lower student loan payments or says your at risk of default and you need to comply with request.

After stating they could help me with a student loan that has been paid off for quite some time they offered to help me with any medical bills or credit cards I may have.  For real????

Called but left no message.
