This guy calls claiming to have purchased your bad debt and you owe money even though you paid off that debt years ago. Threatens to attack your credit report.

Man Calls my work claiming to be a collection agency.

Called my cell phone claiming to be an attorney.

This guy David Lee called my cell 4 times today when I finally answered he said my husband had outstanding credit card debt with Car Care One. We have NEVER had a card like that or any credit cards for that matter! We don't believe in using credit cards as a rule. So right away I knew he was a crook. Says he works at Smith and Cohen phone number 302-294-0776! Was a rude man !  He knew strange info about us that didn't pertain to the issue he was presenting. Do not give them ANY info!
