It is a switchboard number for Delaware Department of Health & Social Services - Herman Holloway campus in New Castle, Delaware. I was being contacted for a job interview, but anyone could be calling regarding any other form of DHSS matter.

They called me 3 times in a row. Every minute. I called back several times too, but got no reply. I called DHSS because I havent been able reach my medicaid worker in 2 months and she will not return any of my calls. So I turned in a complaint. That number is a supervisory line. Hope this helps.
