Phoned and left no message.

302-244-5112 is modile phone in Delaware.  Possibly telemarketer or political survey.  Called my cell phone (costs me $$$). Left no message.  I called and got a recorded message with menu options , but no company name or clue as to what their business is.  Menu options included how to use the 'do not call' list, how to reach regulatory telephone complaint choices, and other 'marketing' topics.

Forgot to say -- menu options all did not work.  Just kept returning to main menu.

Is this the gr?eedy Congressman fishing for more money
