When I asked Steven Smith, who claims to represent CashNetUSA, to mail me proper documentation of the claim he refused. I told him the law is that I receive something in writing. He stated he didn't have to send me anything, and that wasn't his responsibility. I will be reporting them for their unlawful practices. He tried to use law jargon, not knowing i'm a law student.  Don't give any information to anyone every, especially via phone. They must send it to you in writing.

yes I received a call from Steven Smith (that's a fake name) telling me i need to make arrangements to pay a loan back from 2008 and that i need to read up on check fraud. He said i need to sign something e signature in order for him to send me anything.
