just got a hangup from this number, when I dialed back it said "the mailbox of the person you called is full"

got a call from this number. man with heavy accent said he was given my number in order to contact someone about educational financial help. i advised him that he had the wrong number. he asked if anyone at my number might have made the contact and i replied no. he apologized for the call and hung up.

Called me and someone in an angry woman's voice asked me to stop texting them because they dont have texting on thier phone. I havn't texted that number. I got the Verizon Wireless lady when I tried aclling the number.
