calls repeatedly does not leave a message, when calling back a recording says "this number is not in service"; but it appears to be a recording machine that actually received the call

They start their sales pitch by claiming to be Verizon. They are not. Would you really want to switch your phone service to a bunch of damned liars?

Claims to be "verizon" which we do not have service this. Hung up on me when I told them this.
