Called my message service and left recording of someone giving a speech about promoting fuel efficiency and alternative fuels in Congress.  Was a very long speech; ran to the limit of my message service time.

Replay of some political speech, sounded like Obama, and seemed *very* amateurly done (like, a recording from a speaker from their tv).  Did not identify themselves at all in the first 30 seconds before I hung up.  
Called back, got a modem .  As an extra annoyance, this was done at 7a.
