They left a msg. Scam to lower electric rates.

Theresa from Client Services left a message about lowering electric rates.  Did not say name of company.  Caller ID said Middletown, DE.

This is the 3rd or 4th time for this call, always from Middletown and always the same message, (not exact but best as I can recall the message) "This is your reference number 111222333444" and a string of numbers only and then a hang up.  I have blocked this call and will report it.

Several calls, I did not answer.
