Mr Smith is a scammer. He is trying to scare you into paying a bill you don't owe. Do not send him any money. Stop answering his calls.

Caller said he received a complaint against my SSN. Either I or my lawyer needs to call before a decision is made. If we don't call, the decision WON'T be in my favor. Another scam call - please - anyone who gets this call from this number, please report it!

I just received two calls to my work number I also was given the same spill and two different numbers to call back 302-203-0077 and no name given the other one was a Mr. Johnson 302 250 4100 ext. 402 what a scam we need to put a stop to this scammers

Got a call from this number asking about Aliona Felis. Same result as other posters. Claimed to have a complaint against her SSN. By law, shouldn't legit companies be required to state who they are and what they're calling in regards to? This is very much a scam.

An SS# is simply a way for the government to identify you for tax reasons. You cannot have a "complaint" against it. This is criminal doublespeak for "we are really trying hard to scare you so that you pay us money for our drug and alcohol habits".
Real companies don't talk like that to begin with, and they usually identify themselves.

got a call from this number to an old number that was attached to me. The number that called was 302-203-0077 , the message was passed along to me they left tracking number LCN10966. I called that number back he said he was Mr. Johnson and that I needed to pay some money or that would be filing this in court. Pretty much tried to scare me into paying him some money.
