Unknown caller from Lewes DE, I did not answer. Caller left automated message about IRS lawsuit. Scam

Left automated partial message requesting a call back to "our Department regarding this case against you", then gave 302-200-9072 number. I did not call it. Not sure who it is. Seems fishy.
