Usually I don't answer, but that hasn't discouraged them from calling my cell phone.  The 189 exchange does not exist in area code 302; are we surprised?  This time I answered to see if a person, or recording would be there.  It's a recording.  I got as far as 'people falling down' before I just hung up.  Probably one of those "help, I've fallen down and can't get up" companies.  Yes, this phone is on the useless 'do not call' list.
