This call is a recording inviting you to a Bridal Showcase in the DC area. If you ever went to David's Bridal and tried on a dress, and made the mistake of putting your number on anything, they give your number to every single bridal vendor in the whole area. I tried on a dress 6 months ago and get unwanted solicitations almost every day.

This is what another person said before--an annoying call from a Baltimore/Washington Bridal Showcase sponsored by Wish Upon a Wedding. There's no option to text or call to stop receiving calls from this event. Yay.
