They are calls from Scotts lawn Service

Scotts Lawn Service? That explains a lot. I used them before, and two years ago after they had done some work, I got calls from an "unavailable'' number for several weeks, finally answered, and it was them trying to sell me an additional service. Now I've gotten random calls the last month or so from this number but only picked up once - and got no one at the other end. Apparently sometimes they call straight-up, with caller ID'd, give you a live person and speak to you directly, and sometimes they go back-door on you like this.
