Same telemarketing scum, new number! from Bethesda, MD

Received a call at 8:15AM!!!!!  In Texas, telemarketers aren't supposed to call before 9AM or after 9PM but of course none of them are known to follow any rules.  It angers me that I can't even answer my own phone without being harassed by these people!  My Caller ID simply repeats the phone number with no other identifiers so I have no idea who is calling.

Just received call from this number, did not answer.  'Unknown name' shown on caller i.d.  

Most likely robot-caller, add this complaint to the growing list.

Called at 8:15am this morning. Name "unavailable". Started with a pitch about home security systems. Hung up when my response was, "please add this number to your no call list". Blocked number.

Called this morning. Caller ID name shows only BETHESDA MD. Blocked by call name.
