A guy with very poor English speaking told me he was from the IRS and that I'd get my letter and to quit giving him "attitude". Then hung up.

Pre-recorded message played as soon as I picked up the phone. States that this is the IRS and you must return a call immediately to avoid legal action about to be taken.

Same recording, similar to yesterday's call from a different number which I already deleted.
"You must call IRS before we take legal action against your name at 301-760-2123. It is same number that will be on your caller ID. Do you suppose they are seeking payment in gift cards to be used in Eastern Ukraine or St Petersburg? (Not the Florida one)

This number called and a pre-recorded woman's voice immediately said it was the IRS calling and I needed to call "at this moment" in order to avoid further legal action from IRS. Asked me to call same number back. Caller ID only says number and "Out of Area".
